AfterTime — Terms of Use
Draft prepared in good faith for review. Not legal advice, not reviewed by a lawyer. See README.md.
1. What these cover
AfterTime, the software you install and run on your own computer. There is no website account, no hosted service and no subscription. If that changes, these terms change with it.
2. Using it
Use it on your own music. Commercial work is fine. You need your own valid REAPER licence and your own licences for any plugins you use.
Do not use AfterTime to process material you have no right to process.
3. What we do not promise
That it works for your song, your genre, or your way of working. That any result is good. That it will keep any particular feature. See EULA.md sections 4 and 5.
4. Beta
This is an early release to a small number of producers. It will change. Known limitations ship with it, unedited, in the release notes. If you were told the limits and it still surprises you, tell the maker — that is the point of a beta.
5. Support
Direct, from the maker. There is no ticket system and no response-time commitment.
6. Ending
Stop using it whenever you like. Uninstall removes it.
7. Governing law
The law of Scotland, and the courts of Scotland. See EULA.md section 10, including what it says about your statutory rights as a consumer.
