- Mixing and masteringBalance, space and clarity, then loudness and tone for release. The reasoning is available if you want it: what is masking the vocal is a number, not an opinion.
- VocalsTopline, hooks, backing stacks and ad-libs, written and sung. Released as Addy Jeans.
- Work on your instrumentalSend a finished beat and get a finished record — vocals, arrangement, comping, mix.
- Sampling and flipsTake a record, find the part worth keeping, and build something new around it. Chopped, re-pitched, re-played where it needs to be.
- Vocal editing and compingThe unglamorous part: dozens of takes measured for pitch, timing and completeness, then built into one performance.
- Revisions that are specific“The drums are too loud” becomes “the beat beats the vocal by 5 dB at 7 kHz”, which is a thing that can actually be fixed.
